I’ve been thinking about something that could genuinely change lives back home in Kacheliba and entire Kenya. Not just talk, but something real that can support families, create jobs, and give young people a future they can build on. The idea is simple: To come together and acquire about 50+ acres in Asilong and Orolwo, then develop a community-based agribusiness project focused on: 🐐 Goat farming 🐄 Beef farming 🍯 Beekeeping 🌱 Organic food production The land goes for about KSh 80,000 per acre, and a reliable borehole is around KSh 2M+, but water changes everything. Once water is there, life and opportunity follow. This is bigger than farming. It’s about: • Giving young people work and dignity • Reducing hunger and poverty • Strengthening local food systems • Building something sustainable, not temporary • Turning potential into real economic value I keep imagining a place where goats are healthy and many, cattle are well managed, bees are producing clean honey, and farms are feeding both households and markets. What we often lack is not ability or land, it’s shared commitment to build something lasting. I’m open to connecting with serious partners, investors, diaspora supporters, and anyone passionate about practical, long-term community transformation. If we align vision and effort, this can become something truly impactful for the region.

This is called a HAEMODIALYSIS CATHETER. It is for patients undergoing dialysis. It is inserted into a patient's chest through the internal jugular vein. The red port cannula is the arterial lumen that draws deoxygenated blood out of the patient's body and sends it to the dialysis machine for cleaning. The blue cannula is the venous lumen that carries cleaned, filtered blood from the dialysis machine back into the patient's bloodstream. This catheter stays in a patient's body for 6 - 12 weeks, or even longer, depending on medical decisions, before being replaced with a permanent fistula. A healthy kidney filters your blood 400 times per day, while a dialysis machine does so only 2 times a week, for about 5 hours per session. Dialysis patients have to arrive at the renal unit as early as 3 am, twice a week. Not even a dialysis machine can replace the efficiency of a healthy kidney. Therefore, take care of your kidneys. #WorldKidneyDay
