Looking good so far! Make sure to have some hidden airholes so that the moisture of your breath don't fog up the visor after just a few minutes. If there is room for a fan that would be great to have! With helmets try add a little more time and focus on the ease of putting it on and of and extra room around the ears so that you can easier hear people at the conventions.

@CGjim Both because I’m also a newb. But I have a friend who’s helping me with building the setup of the costume and pieces. But I have to get the materials and parts which is fair because he’s helping me. Here’s a example

Sorry for the newb question, but do most cosplayers make their own costumes, or is there a whole separate community of cosplay clothiers?

Buying, borrowing, creating are all valid as long as you enjoy portraying the character. I know several people that make props and sometimes full custumes for people to buy. From blacksmith to seamstress, usually commission based. But I feel there is a special connection between cosplayers that made their own costumes, it's always fun to see how peple solve problems in trying to look like the character. But it takes time and money, concrunching is a real thing! So buying saves time and sometimes money + you are not exhausted before the cosplay event as you don't spend the night before working on the last,last,last, LAST detail on your costume!

I made a small animation using Unity, although it was quite challenging. Keeping the timeline organized was a pain! Perhaps next time, I'll try only using Maya instead. #farting #Gassy #fart #girlfart #girlfarts

Hi everyone in the game jam, I was recently told by the organizer @onarestial06 that I must unfollow certain Twitter accounts and delete games I previously published on Itchio in order to remain in the jam. These requirements were not part of the original rules. I wanted to check whether this requirement applies to all participants or only to my entry. I’ve already spent roughly 10 days working on my submission. In my experience, jam rules usually focus on submissions and conduct — not participants’ personal social media. This situation makes it hard not to feel like the jam wasn’t created to build a community and enjoy making games together, but rather as a way for the organizer to exert control over participants and their creations. I promoted the jam in good faith and didn’t expect the organizer to start imposing unrelated personal demands. I’m sorry if I encouraged anyone to join, but if you participated I’d love to check out your game when it’s done — please share it with me!

@Callowa30320807 @onarestial06 No worries, but apparently no one else had this happen to them so if it was only me then it falls under sabotage and that's another thing that's obviously not allowed.
