@DalvLinkler @TTLinkie3299 Exactly, the market is now apathetic to any $LINK announcements since it just doesn't believe the token is going to get a return from it. I've said it for years, until value is driven directly to the token $LINK will not outperform. It was called FUD, but now it's proven fact.

@InfiniteNabas @TTLinkie3299 I think a big problem is that we have no idea what actually DOES go towards the token. CLL don't have any form of revenue dashboard or even official CCIP metrics. They leave us with shit like GMX and SVR which don't do anything for us, so we have to assume that it's like that.

Just found my old excel $link staking revenue calculator from earlier 2022. That piece of shit's lowest $link price for the calculation was $20. What the actual fuck are we doing here?

@DalvLinkler @TTLinkie3299 Because the token isn't seeing a direct return from any of these partnerships. - Staking hasn't been extended - GMX fees haven't been paid - SVR revenue only goes to the Reserve now Why should the token price move when there's no value being driven to it?

Still not seeing any Chainlink Group Financial Statements being released though to verify that there is no equity in CLL (public or private). All this could be cleared up so easily, and show a real commitment to the transparency the company loves to preach. Lead by example.

$8 $LINK Despite all the "flip the switch" moments. Despite all the "fireside chats". Despite all the "just wait bro" posts. $8 $LINK Your favourite $LINK posters are now resorting to fighting with $XRP to try and salvage their egos. You should have listened. Karma.

$LINK "Chainlink has no equity" The Chainlink UK subsidiary sure has an extensive equity section. And there's this little gem: "The capital contribution reserve represents all capital introduced into the Company in respect of SHARE-OPTIONS settled by an affiliated entity"

@LawrenceCCIP No equity? I very much doubt you can prove that. The latest Chainlink Group Financial Statements would have the evidence, ask your team for a copy.

LINK is the purest, most asymmetric bet in crypto. No equity. No IPO. No dual-class holders fighting over the pie. Chainlink Labs pays employees fiat base + heavy LINK long-term incentives. Every builder has real skin in the game. Their wins = your wins. Pure alignment. Zero dilution games.
Zach Rynes | CLG@ChainLinkGod

$LINK is the exclusive asset for direct exposure to the success of @Chainlink Unlike other projects that have sold both tokens and equity to investors (creating conflicting economic interests), Chainlink is not driving value to any equity and there is no IPO—there is only $LINK Any claim or perception that the goal is to maximize the value of Chainlink Labs at the expense of, or in isolation of, LINK holders (e.g, Ripple stock vs XRP) is dead wrong There's no better proof in this than how Chainlink Labs employee compensation works Employees do not receive equity, they receive base comp in local currency and a long-term incentives program tied to $LINK Interests are fully aligned via direct skin in the game Think about it, any detrimental action toward LINK holders would directly impact the CLL employees building the protocol as well, makes no sense Some of the largest $LINK whales I personally know work for CLL, there is an shared interest in seeing the token do well Fundamentally, we are all in this together

Im not against Chainlink, but the claims about how $LINK is the sole beneficiary is insane. CLL controls $LINK They make a bunch of revenue doing private deals with this control, they take direct payments for services instead of forcing customers to buy LINK. I comprehend the devils advocate positions. And that there is no required disclosure, but how much profit is CLL sitting on. Who actually owns CLL? Im confident eventually CLL won't exist, LINK will go to the linux model and be much more driven by an open source community. I never said LayerZero and $ZRO were better, nor were they "fairer" with their revenue stream. BUT, CLL clearly makes ALOT of money, and that's not being put into the token...

Prove it. Release the Chainlink Group Financial Statements so everyone can verify for themselves. In @chainlink's own words, "don't trust, verify". But we know you won't.

A collection of the dumbest dudes you knew from high school felt emasculated when a black man got elected president, so, to compensate, we now have a semi-sentient pig’s stomach in a red hat starting an illegal war to distract the country from all the sex crimes he committed.

Pretty wild how almost every $LINK revenue stream is now only directed towards the Reserve (albeit partially) and nothing goes to stakers. The Chainlink Reserve is not the same as a stock buyback, and the nuances are pivotal as to where the benefits flow.

This is misleading @TheLinkPanda 99% of the revenue is intercompany related i.e. costs that are recharged to another Chainlink entity with a margin added on top. It gives you zero insight into the external revenue generated by the Chainlink Group, and indeed could actually be completely covered by funds raised via token dumps. Your whole analysis is flawed.

@ARiHBARi @chainlink - the revenue is almost entirely intercompany, not external - it's just the recharge of costs incurred + a margin - revenue is up only because of more costs to recharge due to higher headcount - does not infer if the Chainlink Group as a whole is doing well financially

🚨@CHAINLINK LABS 2024 REVENUE HAS JUST BEEN RELEASED ON THE UK FILINGS WEBSITE: TOTAL REVENUE GREW 60% FROM 2023 TO 2024🚨 2022- $25.6 MILLION 2023- $52 MILLION 2024- $83 MILLION ACCORDING TO THE FILING " This growth drove higher payroll-related expenses, including increased salaries, contractor costs, and fees for workers hired through a Professional Employer Organisation (“PEO™), alongside expenses for long-term incentive programs, SmartCon- related venue costs, and service delivery vendors." "As a cost-plus service entity, the Company's revenue reflects the recovery of operating costs together with an arm’s-length mark-up under its intercompany service agreements. Total revenue increased from £51.9m in 2023 to £83.0m in 2024, an increase of £31.1m (60%). This increase was driven primarily by higher operating expenditure associated with the expansion of headcount from 165 to 280 during the year, resulting in greater personnel costs and a higher volume of services delivered to the affiliate entity."

@ChainlinkP You know it's true. All the predictions of new ATH, $100+, $200+, $1,000+....completely wrong. For years I've said they need to release staking v1.0 and start driving value to the token directly. Now it's undeniable. The fudders (realists) were right all along.

Maybe the only thing that will save $LINK is a drastic tokenomics change. You can't snap your fingers and gain the institutional adoption Chainlink has, but you can snap your fingers and change the value accrual mechanics your token has.
