Nagpur's 'broad gauge Metro' stands shelved. It was proposed to be a more than 200 km of regional rail network connecting neighbouring towns. According to this article, the cost was to be taken from savings of Metro Phase 1! It had even recieved approvals!

There’s a genuine case to stop that exodus but astonishingly low interest or babus stopping it I have zero clue where the buck stops.

Wardha Road might be one of the best roads in Nagpur. Wide roads, lots of greenery, clean surroundings, and the Metro running alongside make it one of the most pleasant roads to drive on. A great example of how good planning can improve a city's look and feel. 🌳🚇 #Nagpur
