Riddle me this, America. The Supreme Court holds that no person has a right to access investigational drugs, even when they are terminally ill, outside of FDA authorization. Yet, the 3rd, 5th, 6th, 9th, and 10th circuits now hold that healthy people can be mandated to use experimental drugs and simultaneously surrender any right to sue when injured by them. This sounds like the courts' only focus on death, not life. If you're dying, you can't try the drugs, but if you're healthy, you can be mandated to use a drug that might kill you.
