In 2022, our lifeguards saw a 155% rise in paddleboarding incidents compared with 2021. Our lifeboat crews saw a 20% increase. Sheena was rescued by Wick lifeboat crew after an offshore wind blew her paddbleboard out to sea. She shares her story to help others stay safe. 👇
