I have been away from my phone and computer lately. I lost two friends in the Reno shooting a couple weeks ago. It wasn't fair. Unprovoked murder. It left me in a different place. Needed to step back, revisit what is important in life. Making sure relationships are a priority, making sure I am present for my daughter, a good father, a good friend. I am also struggling with my current job as a casino dealer. I've done it for 10 years now and it has wrecked my emotional well-being. I have been on personal leave for 14 weeks now and I am getting closer to having to return and I am starting to realize just how bad it is. So I've been looking for a direction for a new career, but nothing really gives me fire. It's weird. As for game development, I have also been unsure about what to do. I think where I feel most passionate is in making a game that will make people feel and think. Pondering some ideas. I am not sure how active I will be as I still have much to do and much to consider in the coming weeks. Appreciate everyone who has reached out ♥️
