Important Update for INIT Capital Users: INIT Capital will be disabling new borrowing on the protocol. The application will be maintained, but will not build new features or expansions going forward. Thus, we recommend all users take the following actions ahead of May 31: - Borrowers: Close all open positions BEFORE May 31 - Lenders: Withdraw your lending liquidity BEFORE May 31 Any positions remaining open after May 31 will be subject to forced liquidation. As documented by @MessariCrypto, here's what each builder shipped across the ecosystem: @MantleIndexFour activated $205M treasury deployment, lifting Mantle DeFi TVL +37.3% QoQ to $332.7M, closing Q4 with $173M AUM. @MerchantMoe_xyz held its ground as Mantle's largest DEX: $61.6M TVL, $162.2M in 30-day volume, and $5B+ cumulative volume crossed. @Agnidex strengthened its spot trading and concentrated liquidity on Mantle, maintaining a $37.9M TVL with $80.1M 30-day volume. @ethena's USDe reached $122.6M market cap on Mantle, cementing its place as the dominant yield-bearing stablecoin in the ecosystem. @SuccinctLabs powered Mantle’s transition to a ZK roll up via SP1 zkVM, reinforcing Mantle’s RWA-ready distribution infrastructure. @USDT0_to positioned Mantle as the first exchanged-related network to enable low-cost stablecoin settlement between @Bybit_Official and DeFi. @Bybit_Official drove Mantle’s distribution layer by routing CeFi liquidity into RWAs, staking, and onchain yield products. @mETHProtocol shipped the Buffer Pool upgrade, routing ~20% TVL to Aave and targeting sub-24h ETH redemptions. @UR_global delivered compliant fiat off-ramps paired with self-custodial crypto flows on Mantle. @FunctionBTC unlocked Bitcoin capital efficiency on Mantle through FBTC-backed lending and DeFi composability. @InitCapital_ held $10.1M TVL with $2.0M outstanding borrows, supporting leverage and liquidity hooks. @lendlexyz sustained $10.1M TVL and $1.46M outstanding borrows, anchoring Mantle’s money market layer. @withAUSD 's AUSD held $5.2M market cap, expanding regulated, yield-enabled stablecoin exposure on Mantle. @CIAN_protocol structured market-neutral stablecoin yield through Mantle Vault automation. @Fluxion_network bootstrapped native liquidity for emerging assets on Mantle. @printr expanded cultural and community entry points on Mantle through memecoin launches. Important Notice: INIT on Blast Chain Wind Down INIT is discontinuing operations on Blast due to infrastructure limitations and tooling constraints that may impact user safety. Required Actions for Borrowers: • Repay and close all borrowing positions by February 28, 2026 • Positions with outstanding borrows will be force-closed after this date to prevent funds from becoming inaccessible The INIT interface will remain active for withdrawals of lending positions and collateral on Blast. As a result, for safety measure, INIT will no longer support creating new borrowing positions on Blast, and we recommend winding down existing positions on INIT on Blast. Positions on INIT on Mantle are not affected and remain fully functional.
