Many of us have lost touch with our bodies, neglecting their gentle whispers until they turn into agonizing screams.
I vividly remember my own journey when I pushed through knee pain during a running course, unaware of the stress fracture that awaited me.
It marked the start of my my journey to reconnect with my body.
