@loinbread @TheJackieB 9/10 still leaves a good margin for error and if they found an issue after already announcing the update schedule then it's whatever. I'd rather they take a few extra days to iron things out than push it to retail and hear people whining online about another buggy update.

@TheJackieB @InkyGhosts the issue isn't that the update was delayed. no sot player wants them to release a broken update that makes the game unplayable, as they've done before.
the issue is that they delayed a scheduled update after expressing a "9 out of 10" confidence that it was ready to ship.

@jmitchell086 The "high impact issue" was discovered last minute after the update schedule was announced.
Unfortunate timing, yeah, but that's all it is. I'm not gonna get mad at Rare over it. If anything I'm glad to see them catching stuff before it hits retail and being transparent about it.

@beturne @dastickofglue @SeaOfThieves I try to help where I can. I don't expect most people to want to mentor new players for nothing in return though, hence why I suggested incentives. Just something to get the ball rolling on a larger scale.
