La primera medida para regular el precio de la vivienda es parar la sangría del aumento abusivo de precios al vencer los contratos de alquiler. Solo la prórroga obligatoria y la protección de los inquilinos podrá frenar la expulsión de las familias de los barrios y la especulación salvaje con el derecho a una vivienda digna.
