Men A+C vaccine for babies since 1999. Men B vaccine for babies since 2015. Decision taken in 2014 to not vaccinate adolescents for Men B in grounds of cost effectiveness+doubts about effectiveness of vaccine. Therefore there’s an ‘immunity gap’ for those born before 2015 ie 11+.
