Before anyone calls this classist, tutoring will also be gov funded and free to any and all interested persons. This what a real investment in education looks like. People currently don’t have an incentive to learn. This would help with that.

If I was president I would start gov. funded testing centers where an examinee (post GED) can make a certain amount of money based on their test score. These tests will be similar to ACT/SAT with varying difficulty which determines potential overall earning.

An examinee can make anywhere from 0-$1500 per test depending on test score and test difficulty. The number of tests someone can take is maybe 3-5 a month I believe this would decrease crime and poverty as well as promote general education amongst the lower classes.
