The meta isn't all that different from normal is the problem, if you told me Leo, Nago, Ram was going to be top tier for the 5th year in a row it's like "Yeah that makes sense whatevever" The problem is that these, and a few other characters are breaking the game design of 2.0, you can separate 2.0 and all the good it has done with the dogshit that is the balancing choices of a handful of characters, letting a large amount of incompetent people see success that they shouldn't even dream because their character can do so much more and I have to hear about Anji being "broken" when the umpteenth millia or nago sees a top 8 they would never have seen last patch Ranked is so bad for a few reasons and a lot of it has to do with the fact that the ranked system can have two players in a 100DR range, and I can win 2 and lose 1 and come out going +0, this is HORSESHIT game design, I should not lose -11 and lose 30 minutes of work (because they adjusted it so I have to wait 10 minutes for one game against an 1800 Nago and I lose because they hard gambled every situation and get -12 and +3 for a win.) and then have to wait ANOTHER 10 minutes just to fight the same guy again Plus the fact that people in this community have ripped a lot of the enjoyment out of it for me as well, makes currently playing a slog
