@InsideCastilla You said Manuel should be given the opportunities given to pitarch. So far pitarch is doing great. I believe Manuel should get some minutes. But saying pitarch's minutes should be given to Manuel is just wrong. This is how player FC is created

Real Madrid are taking this years UYL very seriously indeed, fielding more Castilla players than ever to try and progress. Unsure what I think about this strategy, but it will be interesting to see how far they get.

Real Madrid reach the UEFA Youth League semi-finals for the first time since the 2019/20 season. There are many standouts in this team, but for me Jesús Fortea is the most talented. His on-the-ball quality was never in question, and he has clearly improved in the defensive phase as well. A brilliant attacking full-back with the qualities to play at a very high level. ⚪️

@Ah0y_ For sure, there’s always been Castilla involvement. But they started eight against Marseille, with another coming off of the bench. That’s not involvement anymore, that’s just Castilla with a couple of u19s/C players. If you don’t mind it all power to you. I’m yet to conclude

Madrid have always brought down players from Castilla and use the 3/5 U20 spots. This year it is more because most of the 2007 generation are playing up with Castilla or C team. All the other laliga clubs have brought players down as well.

@deejayfaremi I disagree. They certainly possess different characteristics, but share many similarities. They also won’t start any meaningful first team games alongside each other, meaning they’re in direct competition for opportunities, hence why one has replaced the other four times now.

@Davis_the_chill Right… I am sorry to tell you that you have severely mis-profiled him. Thiago played on the left a couple of games ago, that doesn’t alter his ‘profile’ as a player. I recommend watching Castilla (when they are involved) to gain genuine insight into what these players are like.

@InsideCastilla he's 22 and captain of castilla so his way of playing ( confident ) make sense . i dont watch alot of castilla but as far as i know thiago has huge potential ( pedri , vitihna kind of potential ) so make sense .
