@InsideJigsaw please stop using Yodel for delivery. They are the worst of the worst. I love your clothing but feel I have no choice but to shop elsewhere because Yodel have never even once delivered a parcel properly to my address. Jigsaw, your customers deserve better.

Calling out @InsideJigsaw (Jigsaw clothing) APPALLING customer service. In the past 30 days I've contacted them 4 times- on WhatsApp, website and Twitter. Have they addressed my issue even ONCE? Not once. They're all over you when they want your money, then you can naff off.

Shocking customer support from @InsideJigsaw You can't call, email or write. You *can* WhatsApp (but no reply after 3 weeks...) or Live Chat (except they INSIST on your entering an 'optional' tracking number). And they describe themselves as a luxury brand!!
