🧵 In 2025, @MrBeast is still breaking YouTube. I analyzed his 2025 data (92 videos, 18.11B views) and found 4 underrated strategy pillars most creators ignore. Let’s break them down 👇(1/6)

I imagine you have all the information on all these channel deletions. You know their number of strikes or warnings, the number of TOS they broke to say that they were 100% innocent in their cases. I see so many AI slop channels that produce borderline content that is found on Youtube kids, I'm glad they're deleted.

The guide can be summed up simply: Stop taking other people's work and repackaging it as your own. The real problem isn't "inauthentic content." The problem is that a lot of people think it's acceptable to take other people's work, repackage it into compilations or shorts, and then call it a "faceless channel." And then they complain when they get into trouble. Faceless channels are supposed to be for creators who don't want their identity linked to their content or for those who create content that should be identity independent, not for people who just want to have a free ride.

Une baisse du watchtime sur vos dernières vidéos peu expliquer que l’algo vous pousse moins et le packaging de vos vidéos reste quand même tourné « communauté » et pas découverte par d’autres viewers, rien n’est jamais sans raison sur YouTube. Quelques petites modifications devraient pouvoir vous relancer 👌

J'espère ne pas devenir saoulant, mais je fais maintenant moins de la moitié des vues que je devrais faire sur un film de ce calibre. C'est vraiment une #Algocalypse L'année dernière je pétais les vues, maintenant je vois ma chaine crever sous mes yeux, et je peux rien y faire.

My vision is that effectively if the production costs for videos are reduced to zero, then there will probably be platforms where people can directly generate the content they want to see, no more need for YouTube when we have exactly what we want to see when we want to see it, if YouTube does not take the path of "create by human" or keep this artisanal touch (even with the help of AI for some parts of the video) then it will disappear and advertising revenues with...

My game plan used to "build in public" and grow your audience while building your app. I quickly realized nobody really gives a shit unless they are your ICP or you're making money. Now, my current game plan is to build something cool in silence and then let the results speak for themselves. AKA the "overnight success" method. Think it will be much easier to grow your audience AFTER that.
