@olleshortz True… but I’d tweak that a bit 😭 Speed matters, yes... but rushing into a “perfect niche” is how most people get stuck again. Better approach is: start fast, then refine based on what actually performs, not what feels perfect upfront.

Speed is key in YouTube and that means you should find a perfect niche as fast as possible, not pick the first decent niche because you wanna start posting as soon as possible

YouTube will humble you fast 😭 One video takes 8 hours to make → 4,746 views. Another video took 20 minutes to create... Suddenly the one that took 20 minutes is carrying the entire channel. YouTube platform doesn't prioritize hard work alone.
