On October 29th, I informed the @Vaulta_ Block Producers of my decision to step down as CEO of the Vaulta Foundation. This decision formally triggered the governance process that allows the network to elect its next representative(s) through our regular on-chain mechanisms. The process is now well underway. This is not a disruption, it’s part of what makes Vaulta resilient. The network was built with embedded, transparent governance designed for continuity. Operations, partnerships, and community initiatives continue as normal throughout this transition. I’m profoundly grateful for the trust placed on my shoulders and for the opportunity to serve this ecosystem. Together we’ve accomplished meaningful milestones and built with integrity. While we didn’t achieve every outcome many hoped for, including market performance, I take responsibility for that under my leadership and remain proud of the foundation we’ve laid. To our token holders, contributors, and partners: thank you for your confidence and for everything this journey has brought. I’m optimistic about Vaulta’s future and will continue working with the Block Producers to ensure a smooth, transparent handover.
