Is the appeal of $STRC the stable price or the monthly cash? $SATA volumes have clearly improved over the Strategy prefs, but it hasn't been stable price. SATA is monthly divs. Monthly is evidently much more appealing to most investors. Revising STRK to $0.66666/month and F and D to 0.83333/month would breathe life back into these prefs while keeping cost of capital the same. Better yet, have K pay on the first week, F pay on the second week, D pay on the third week. And keep STRC paying at the end of the month (4th week). Incentivize people to own all four and be paid weekly.
