@IntactAssurance I have spoken to supervisors already . I have an enhanced water package and proof it was overland water but the classify under ground which no kne in my region can get insured for . How is that not a scam and unfair way to treat customers .

27 years with Bélairdirect/Intact insurance , and my first ever water claim was denied without and proof documents provided. Explanations keep changing . This is not transparency or fairness.

@GlobalBC Same garbage with Belair Direct Insurance. Quoted a price then called a week later saying fees would go up $5 a month if I didn’t let them track me. Wasn’t told about it beforehand.

@cindikg161 Honda must have defective airbags. The CRV in 2017 did not deploy airbag. I got a head injury from driver side front impact with a tree. In 2024 ... Air bag did not deploy yet Insurance company wrote both vehicles off. They don't care about customers at Belair Direct/Intact
