@IntactInsurance what should my broker do? Either situation is inaccurate and over inflates the rebuild cost of the home..

@IntactInsurance is using flawed information from the @Verisk iClarify report that 2 kitchens not 1. Iclarify support suggested changing from Duplex to Detached, claiming residence was semi detached. A duplex and Semi are inherently the same. a detached is different.

I am so tired of insurance companies. @IntactInsurance increased my home insurance another 20%. They rely on people not calling/changing providers. This is so unjustified. Home value didn't increase. The coverage is the same. No major issue (fire/flood/theft) in my area!

@IntactInsurance I only requested a quote. I clearly said I’m already insured with another company. Despite that, I keep getting nonstop calls and voicemails — even while I’m at school. This is not follow-up. This is harassment and it’s unacceptable. @CP24 @cbcmarketplace
