I need to be arrested for voting in Ruto, I admit that I am a criminal and an enemy of this nation. I confess that I am guilty as charged.

Now that the court has pronounced itself on the way forward after refusing to allow the petitioner to withdraw the case against the Ritz-Carlton on grounds of public interest, it now behoves the petitioner to demonstrate how the issues he raised have been addressed. As for the busybodies who claim to understand animal behavior and migratory routes, let’s put your theories—and those of the regulatory bodies—to the test! I will rely on facts, not on misplaced hostility toward development.

One of the reasons why femicide cases are rising is because, in the name of content creation, we have taught our younger sisters that men owe them. What we fail to tell them is that to whom much is given, much is expected and sometimes what is expected is far more than they are willing or prepared to give. @IvyWamahiga, you are ruining the future of that sixteen , seventeen , or eighteen year old girl watching your content and looking up to you, thinking you are the shit yet you are not even the fart . It is saddening to see all this being done for fame that is short-lived than a rabbits erection . Dear young girls, men are not a source of income. If you are with a man and giving yourself to him simply because he is spending money on you, that is prostitution, not love. Men are not meant to play the role of a husband on a boyfriend’s contract. Get yourself a source of income. Hold your dignity high. Love a man for his values, character, and shared goals not for the depth of his pockets. This advice is coming from me a woman who has dated, married, and has her finances in order. It is safe to consume this kind of advice. ( the pic is dedicated to all old ladies misleading young girls for short lived online fame )

A week after President Trump confirmed calling them "shithole countries," the U.S. added 16 more African nations to its travel ban. 67% of all the countries with travel restrictions are African. America says they overstay visas, have terrorism problems, or reject their deportees

One morning in 2009, Malaysian officials decided they could outplay their constitution. They set up a fund called 1MDB, sold to the public as a “strategic development vehicle” to accelerate infrastructure and national growth. Instead of keeping it tightly inside normal budget controls, they placed it in corporate structures, special-purpose entities, and government-linked companies that looked commercial but carried sovereign backing. That single design choice broke the firewall. Once money started moving outside Parliament, outside routine audits, and outside transparent procurement, oversight collapsed. Billions were borrowed in the name of development. Officials and politically connected insiders signed opaque deals, shifted funds through shell companies, and routed money across borders. By the time the dust settled, over USD 4.5 billion had been stolen or misappropriated. Some of it funded luxury real estate, private jets, jewellery, yachts, and even Hollywood movies. Malaysia’s taxpayers were left with the debt. Senior officials went to prison. The country’s reputation was shredded. Here’s the lesson that matters for Kenya. 1MDB did not fail because development funds are bad. It failed because public money was deliberately pushed outside constitutional budget discipline and rebranded as “investment capital.” Once that happened, theft was no longer an accident but systematic. Any chokoraa can withdraw the money as they want. That is why our Katiba is uncompromising on this by the way. Public money belongs in the Consolidated Fund. Spending authority belongs to Parliament. Withdrawals require the Controller of Budget. Audits belong to the Auditor-General. Cabinet has no constitutional role in creating or controlling money vehicles. This must be understood well by the idiots trying to justify this. So when Kenyans hear about a National Infrastructure Fund structured as a limited liability company and announced by Cabinet nod, history should ring loudly. 1MDB is not ancient history but a clear signal of what that awaits Kenya.

The rabbit hole gets deeper and convoluted. Kalonzo gatekeeps the Kamba vote, cheating them that "this time I will be the president." His empty rhetoric is propelled by a fake media that thrives on propaganda and emotional headlines. While doing this, he blinds them as they vote for his cronies, who loot Kambaland's natural resources and taxes. Kambaland governors are on a looting spree as Wa'Kamba sit in a stupor, waiting for a Kalonzo moment that remains elusive. Well, do you know the formation of the current ruling party [UDA] was partly funded by Mr Muthama, who owns a mining license that allows him to mine rare gemstones like Ruby Red and Green Garnets? Yet Kalonzo and Muthama are political friends. "Mblaza, go to Ruto, and I remain with Raila. Whoever wins is a win-win for us all." — Political cousins. Kamba-land, which boasts massive natural resources such as wildlife and minerals, has remained impoverished. Kambaland has the most significant economic corridor between Nairobi and Mombasa/Lamu/Garissa, which can turn Kambaland into an economic powerhouse in the transport industry. Wakamba are exemplary tyre technicians. Why can't we harness this cultural skill and turn it into a million-dollar industry? They have vast land watered by Kenya's giant rivers — Tana and Athi, Galana, and Sabaki. They have 400 million tonnes of the world's most sought-after non-renewable fossil fuel — COAL! But now, the Kamba's only economic resource is sand harvesting, yet minerals and precious gemstones are stolen by these same politicians. Musyoka will come again this time to tell Kambas that he will topple Ruto, and Kambas will be hypnotised by that deceitful euphoria. — "Wantam, Wan-bullet, WaMusyoka." After every election, these conniving politicians meet with political wheeler-dealers to collect paychecks as Kambas remain impoverished. These career "opposition politicians" don't have a transformative agenda. They are part of the mess. They simply camouflage and posture as "saviours" because they have not been invited to the looting table. However, their role is to keep the masses occupied with infertile opposition politics, so that the people cannot revolt against political brinkmanship and conmanship. They keep the masses occupied with political clownery and fiction while ignoring the fundamental problems that are disturbing our people. Then, when the infertile opposition goes to Kamba-land, instead of having a conversation that will liberate Kambas from economic slavery, all they tell them is, "Hi, Cousins!" - and the hypnotised Kambas respond, "Aiiii" Wake up!
