Alright. I see people saying Nico Price is throwing fights for UFC retirements. Thats not true. What's actually happening is the UFC is trying to build new names off these retiring greats and fixing fights to their detriment. Nico is stepping in to save the day. Not ruin it.

Update: I tried this in class this morning. The white belts doesn't have to worry about cauliflower ear anymore and I didnt get armbared. This move is gold.

Jiu jitsu pro tip: If you get caught in an armbar in guard, stack your opponent onto their shoulders & grip their ear w/your attacked arm. It should be thumb underneath the top fold, 2 fingers behind. The tension on their ear will prevent them from finishing the sub.
