Abdulrashid Sadulaev says Kyle Snyder wrote a petition to the International Olympic Committee, asking it to allow his Russian rival to compete at the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris. 🫡 “Kyle wrote a petition to the IOC for me. Not everyone would do that, especially when you're talking about someone who could beat you at the Olympics,” Sadulaev told Red Corner MMA. Two days ago, the International Olympic Committee provisionally lifted the ban on Russian athletes, a decision that could allow Sadulaev to potentially face Snyder at the 2028 Olympic Games in Los Angeles. For now, the two Olympic champions will meet at the RAF event in Tbilisi, Georgia. The bout will mark their fifth meeting, with Sadulaev leading the series 3-1.
