📉 10m band DX down 31% year-over-year. SC25 is descending. 🔹 Spots/TX: 2,132 → 1,480 (▼31%) 🔹 SFI: 188 → 135 (▼28%) 🔹 Ap: 10.4 → 10.1 (flat) Nearly identical geomagnetic conditions — the decline is pure solar flux. The F2 MUF is losing its grip on 28 MHz long-haul paths.
