No actually, scholars & commentators have pointed out that the word used which is خوف signifies knowledge while giving examples in poetry.
And even if it did mean “fear” in this context, there are multiple prior stages before hitting such as advising, therefore any “suspicion” would either become dispelled or substantiated by then.
