@SoulMechanic4U If you look at how healthy we are compared to countries that can’t afford junk food in the same way, I think that tells the exact same story. We’ve been poisoning ourselves for too long.

Highly processed foods ==> Biological HACKS! They are designed to FOOL your tastes, which were highly evolved for optimal health in a natural state. They insert *anti-nutrition* instead. Eating junk food is ALLOWING people to HACK your body. Not smart in the least.
