Esp Josh Allen but again, Herbert has had one of the worse O lines for the past 3 years and he still puts up MVP type numbers. If Fields is so great why aren’t his numbers even remotely close?

One thing that’s funny to me is how we often act as if a QB isn’t very good if he is projected to be a “backup” in the NFL! This stuff is nuts to me… We are lucky to have 32 really good starting QBs in the league at any one time, being one of the next 32-64 best QBs in the world is incredible! QBs out there, many of us projected as “backups” & were ecstatic to be one, knowing we either had a great job or we were getting an opportunity to prove we could possibly be more! Every job has a #2 or #3 behind them, perfectly ok to at least start as one of those individuals!

JF has talent but his game needs work and he knows that, hence he chose KC!

@Mac74King JF has career better completion % bro. CW was worst in the league last year. And year before that he was 10th worst in 25 years beyond 10 yards. Makes some HRs misses easy layups - A LOT. Improved last season though so there’s hope. But right now? JF is the more accurate

Fields will be happy making 5 mil a year as a backup or push to be a starter making 35 in the future. But fields literally chose KC to develop over other starting jobs. He knew he was a backup but wanted to develop his game under a great head coach cause it needs work.
