@EpiccTrader Thanks for your response. Im not a fan of posting p&l with paper trading but for the sake of consistency with what I've been posting i'll post it. I used to always use limit orders but recently got away from that habit.

Smart move. Paper trading gets dismissed but it's where you build the pattern recognition without the emotional noise. That $49 matters less than the reps you're logging. Watch that market order habit though. Chasing entries with market orders will cost you more than a few ticks when real money's on the line. Limit orders force patience.

Started my paper trading account today with $2,500. It’s difficult to trade with less than $300 so as I save up for my live account paper trading will have to suffice. +$49🟢 $GVH $OLB $GVH my second entry messed up my avg. my market order got executed right at the top tick. Either way this didn’t hit my PT of 2.00. $OLB panic sold but then rebought the breakthrough of 1.50.

-$16.34🔴 $MLEC Great entry but no follow through on retesting HOD which was my PT. Could’ve moved my risk up to break even but felt like it wasn’t time yet. Also could’ve taken a nice 15% gain for $40 profit but wanted to stick to my plan. I’ve bled my account over -$160 the past 3 weeks so my account is now under $200. I can’t do much with that. The following trades moving forward will be paper trades. I’ll start funding my account more in the next couple weeks once my car is paid off.

+$13.58🟢 $EVMN Entry was on point but I didn’t execute the best with my sell. I was cautious of the intraday bounce considering how much it ran in pre market. Small Green Day after a big red week and not many opportunities in small caps right now.
