@MikeRodgers74 @sainsburys I wondered how other shops were dealing with this. @AldiUK have given me conflicting information - but it looks like they want the packaging. Unfortunately, it’s got the rotten bird with it. And has been outside for days (double black bagged but still stinking). Poor store staff

@JDHELPTEAM I emailed a couple of weeks ago about a return I made. I returned two pairs of sandals but was only refunded for one pair. I’ve not received a reply.

Wondering if there’s an issue with @DecathlonUK as I’ve tried contacting them via their WhatsApp (and the online contact form) about items missing from my order. Two blue ticks suggest my message has been read but zero reply. This is poor customer service.

My daughter begins her Higher examinations today. The pressure of attaining grades has created much stress and angst to meet the requirements for a course she has her heart set on. I am immensely proud of her work ethic which grades don’t always reflect.

The SQA has sent out an emergency update for the National 5 Music Technology exam taking place on Monday at 9am. I'm told this only went out this evening after schools had closed.

3 months of doing a #MinimalistChallenge alongside my mum. I've got rid of 1300 things & I feel lighter & more in control. Every job feels quicker. She's got rid of 1432 things. Egging each other on & occasionally swapping items too. We're still very far from being minimal tho 😂
