Another day, another FUD. Recently,a guy made a post about roles in @ritualnet. In that post,he claimed that roles in the Ritual Discord are distributed unfairly. As a reason,he said that role distribution happens only through nominations and alleged that there is nepotism involved. I don’t want to get into an argument about this. I just want to explain how it actually works: Bitty can be nominated by RITTY (holders with 500+) RITTY can be nominated by Ritualist (holders with 100+) Ritualist can be nominated by Radiant Ritualist (holders with 3+) Huge nomination spots Besides that, moderators also manually assign roles if someone catches their attention. As proof, in march : 11 people received the Ritualist role Among them, 2 got it through nomination, and the rest were manually selected by moderators In short,if you contribute meaningfullly yoir contribution will be recognise for sure those spreading FUD are just farming engagement.
