@StockSavvyShay Yes 100%, this is feedback loop is deeply orchestrated within the customer engagement platforms like $BRZE and $ZETA. LLMs itself are not a replacement for such companies

Any LLM can analyze email opens & clicks if you feed it that data but the processing capability isn't the moat. ChatGPT doesn't have the data showing that you (Zen) opened three emails from Nike, clicked through sweaters at 9:47am browsed for 3 minutes and has a history of purchasing similar items in Q4. That signal sits inside Zeta pipes.

$ZETA is a really interesting name to track as the market punishes all software stocks in a doomsday scenario. I get a lot of messages asking whether LLMs will replace their software but the better question is whether identity data becomes more or less valuable as AI proliferates. I think the answer is more because as marketing shifts to true one-to-one personalization, deterministic identity becomes the bottleneck since AI can write copy and suggest audiences but it can’t know that a specific person opened three emails, browsed two products and is likely to convert in the next 48 hours. So If you're buying Zeta then your thesis is that the SuperGraph becomes more valuable as cookies die, privacy regulations tighten and AI makes generic targeting commoditized. Athena going GA in Q1 2026 is the next catalyst.
