@TedHZhang @Qullamaggie @ConnorJBates_ what you said is the key point. and its what makes trading tough. Who among us hasn't traded SNDK or LITE ... or name your favorite hardware stock in the past year and held on for the several hundred percent moves, even if only a 1/4 trail?

I suspect @Qullamaggie, even as good as he is, started trailing stocks on longer timeframes late 2021 into 2022, which led to massive open PnLs being given back. When the going gets good, our minds start extrapolating deep into the future precisely when we should be bringing oursleves back to reality.

@1ChartMaster For earnings breakouts same day follow thru seems to have higher probability when earnings and sales are double digit growth and where guidance is raised. They just seem to work right away after the 5 min ORB and sustain. If there is a miss or expectations miss they back off
