Okay it has been a minute I tried to give @bmsnews time to respond to me and to the family in question, to thier credit they reached out to the family, however, he is no longer on thier drug so they can't help with future purchases. I asked if they could even consider refunding some of the amount already paid (if they had applied sooner it would have been free.). Silence you can do better than silence.

I called out Big Pharma. x.com/Invisible_one1… Only Bristol Myers Squibb responded. BMS reached out directly to the individual. BMS and I have one question left to resolve in DMs. Once that’s answered, I can give a full and accurate account of their conduct.

I appreciate @bmsnews reaching out to me earlier this week. I gave them the woman’s Facebook page and later her phone number so they could contact her about her husband’s treatment. It’s now April 2, and she still hasn’t heard from them. Replying to me is easy. Following through for a family in crisis is what actually matters.

I asked Big Pharma to contact a woman whose husband is dying because they can’t afford the treatment. No response. It appears they don’t care whether he lives.

Both parties are holding pieces of DHS hostage. Democrats refused to fund the agency unless ICE policies were rewritten, and Republicans refused to pass the Senate’s bipartisan bill because it excluded ICE and CBP funding. That’s not a one‑side mess — that’s a shared failure to fund the department they both created.

From start to finish, this shutdown — and all of the airport lines — is the fault of the Republicans. Senate Republicans agreed to end the shutdown but House Republicans rejected them. Fix your own damn mess.

it shouldn't pass not because showing an id that proves you are a citizen shouldn't be required but because the Federal Government should not be involved in mandating elections to the states. I do believe that if you have to show an id to buy a beer you should have to prove citizenship to vote and no that is not voter suppression.

REMINDER: the SAVE America Act is still never going to pass. It is cut-and-dried voter suppression that makes it harder for Americans to vote.

If he was in progressively worsening heart failure that could not be controlled by inexpensive drugs, which is the most frequent scenario, then heart transplant is a possibility, but it is extraordinarily expensive and there is a waiting list. The facts are needed, not an emotional outcry of misconduct.
