@Invoice2go Be using this software for 13 years & just seen the ridiculous price increases! The jump from prof to prem £22 on a monthly subscription is mental!! Where other accounting software is way more reasonably & better! Loyalty means northing to these days! I’m off!!

Used to love your program until we had to call customer service where you hear the same script over and over again. Where you'll accept a dispute after 10 months prior and take my money out to cover it and then @Invoice2go won't even protect the client they just side with the dispute even with evidence and knowing that the customer entered their own credit card info. All you hear when you call in and wait for upwards of 45mins or more, "I totally understand or I understand your frustration" but do you? do you really? Are you the one losing money on a job you did 10 months prior? They lost us over this when you don't protect your clients and their money that's where we draw the line.

@Invoice2go I sent an email on Tuesday and it’s now Friday and still no reply to my email. I will be canceling services and inform anyone else to do as well. You let the customers bank make the final decision in a dispute after providing proof of my policy. This is unethical
