I would like to point some things out and I hope you find meaning. You’re not overwhelmed because life is unusually hard. You’re overwhelmed because your mind has no gatekeeper. Every thought gets VIP access. Every emotion gets a response. Every impulse gets entertained. That’s exhausting. Most people don’t suffer from too much to do.They suffer from too much mental noise. Notifications. Opinions. Imaginary futures. Old arguments. Hypotheticals. Regrets. Doom-scrolling. All running at once. An undisciplined mind treats everything as urgent.A disciplined mind asks: Does this deserve my energy? Without that filter, even small problems feel unbearable. Overwhelm is often a boundary issue not with people, but with your own thoughts. Just because a thought appears doesn’t mean it needs attention. Just because you feel something doesn’t mean you must act. Mental strength is about prioritizing emotions What matters now? What can wait? What can be ignored entirely? Life didn’t suddenly become heavier. Your mind just stopped saying “no.” And when everything matters equally, nothing feels manageable. Build filters. Limit inputs. Slow your reactions. Choose silence more often. Clarity isn’t found by doing more it’s found by entertaining less. Discipline doesn’t make life rigid. It makes it lighter. Because peace isn’t the absence of problems it’s the ability to decide what doesn’t get access to you.

What’s happening here is bigger than Bezos. Multiple signals are converging: 1. capital at historic scale 2. talent moving into physical AI 3. renewed focus on manufacturing This is the next phase after software and cloud bringing intelligence into the real world where constraints are harder and stakes are higher.

The largest buyout fund in history raised $28 billion. Jeff Bezos is reportedly raising $100 billion, more than 3x that record, to buy manufacturing companies and automate them with AI. The Wall Street Journal broke the story today. Bezos has been meeting sovereign wealth fund managers (government-owned investment pools in the Middle East and Singapore), pitching what investor documents call a "manufacturing transformation vehicle." The targets: chipmaking, defense, and aerospace. The money flows through Project Prometheus, the AI startup Bezos co-founded in November 2025 with physicist Vik Bajaj, formerly of Google X. Prometheus launched with $6.2 billion and over 120 employees poached from OpenAI, DeepMind, and Meta. The company says it builds "AI for the physical economy," meaning AI that learns from real-world environments and physical materials, not just text and images. Prometheus is the brain. The $100 billion fund is the body. Bezos is worth about $234 billion. This fund would represent roughly 43% of his entire fortune. Most of the capital would come from outside investors, but there is only one precedent at this size: SoftBank's Vision Fund, which also raised $100 billion in 2017 ($45 billion from Saudi Arabia's sovereign fund, $15 billion from Abu Dhabi). That fund posted a $32 billion loss in a single year. Masayoshi Son publicly said he was "embarrassed" and "ashamed" of the results. U.S. manufacturing is a $3 trillion sector with 113 million workers. Its share of GDP has dropped from 11% in 2012 to 9% today. The bet is that AI can reverse that decline by making factories radically more productive. Just last week, Travis Kalanick (former Uber CEO) came out of 8 years of stealth to launch Atoms, a robotics company targeting factory automation. Multiple billionaires are converging on "physical AI" this month. Bezos is just doing it with a checkbook 3x the size of anything the buyout industry has ever seen.

Eighty billion dollars. Gone. To build a digital ghost town where legless cartoons stood around doing nothing, because Mark Zuckerberg looked at Facebook – a website people use to congratulate their guinea pig on its birthday – and thought: what this needs is a worse version of reality. He was wrong. Historically, catastrophically, trouserlessly wrong.

@mattshumer_ So basically… humans become the “manual mode” for AI until robots are ready. Do the task → collect the data → train the system → replace the human. It’s genius… but also a very clear roadmap. We’re really about to be temporary contractors for our own replacement 😭

DoorDash is laying the groundwork for a crazy move here. Agents will be able to 'hire' humans to do tasks for them in the real world. And this will collect insane amounts of training data for robotics. Kind of genius, kind of terrifying.

Introducing Dasher Tasks Dashers can now get paid to do general tasks. We think this will be huge for building the frontier of physical intelligence. Look forward to seeing where this goes!

@VraserX Also worth noting: Google isn’t absent, they’re just not perceived as leading. They’re embedded everywhere Android, Search, Cloud, YouTube but consumer AI is about experience, not infrastructure. And they haven’t nailed that feeling yet.

Google should be much scarier than it currently feels. That they aren’t dominating consumer AI by now is one of the strangest fumbling-of-the-bag stories in tech. How do you own half the internet and still feel late to your own future?

There are two truths here: 1.Automation increases productivity and pushes progress forward 2.It also creates real pain for people whose jobs disappear Ignoring either side doesn’t solve anything. The real conversation should be about redistribution, reskilling, and safety nets.

It’s just a weird sickness at some point, this level of greed. You have $200 billion dollars. You could wipe your ass with $100 bills and keep getting richer every day. Why kill thousands and thousands of jobs at this point?

Neymar had 5 years at Barcelona. That’s it, five. The rest of the time he’s swanning about on holiday in Paris and Saudi Arabia & you’re trying to tell me that’s more impressive than Rooney who ended his career as both Manchester United and England’s top goalscorer. Incomparable.

I dont get why they are dragging him. He was invited to this event as a guest speaker. As somepne who enjoys his content, his character represents the everyday life of motherhood to celebrate mothers. He indicated that he was there as Mama Deola - which means he is speaking through the character. He also stated the character is drawn through the lens of his mother's life. Everyone can speak about motherhood and fatherhood through their relationship with their parents. It doesn't make him a voice for motherhood. He is simply offering a different perspective, not as a mother but as a person who grew up with one. If he can act like a mother and we all enjoy it, why do you draw the line at him speaking about it?

@GoogleAIStudio This is actually a big shift. We’re moving from: writing code → orchestrating systems With real-time, persistence, and full UI support, developers are becoming more like architects than builders. The bottleneck is no longer syntax… it’s design.🚀🚀🚀🚀

@TukiFromKL The idea didn’t fail… the timing and execution did. You can’t drop people into a half-baked world and expect them to abandon reality for it. The metaverse isn’t dead it just hasn’t been built in a way that actually adds value to people’s lives yet.

The metaverse could've been the biggest job creator since the internet.. Right when AI is about to kill millions of jobs. Think about it.. Virtual architects, Digital real estate agents, 3D fashion designers, Concert venues with no capacity limits, Schools where a kid in US sits next to a kid in Tokyo.. Imagine hiring a trainer who's physically in your living room as a hologram.. Imagine test-driving a car without leaving your bed, Imagine attending court, seeing your doctor, touring a university - all without a plane ticket. An entire parallel economy... Millions of jobs that never existed before. Instead, Zuckerberg gave us legless avatars in an empty room and burned $80 billion proving that the greatest idea of the decade can still die if the wrong person builds it... Someone's gonna build all of this eventually. It just won't be Zuckerberg.

the first time i saw it, i thought something had gone wrong for real, our plane had just landed and suddenly two fire trucks rolled up and started spraying huge arcs of water over it like a scene out of a movie 😂 people at the window seats were confused, some even a bit tensed until the captain’s voice came on, calm and he saud: ladies and gentlemen, this is a water salute... turns out nothing was wrong at all, it’s one of aviation’s quiet traditions, used to honor something special... sometimes it’s usually a pilot’s final flight before retirement or it’s a brand new aircraft entering service or even a historic route being opened. the water forms a ceremonial arch, like a welcome or a farewell

Can someone please explain why water is being sprayed on the plane?? 🤔 ✈️
