@IpsTransport Good morning. The ANPR rollout on bus lanes is still in progress. Currently, the enforcement team is evaluating supplier options as part of the ongoing project.

Fore street still remains congested with cars. Cars going through a bus lane while buses use the road further along. Delaying buses while giving cars the benefit. Sort it out! @suffolkonboard

From what I observed the issue looks like it’s when both cars and bus are lined up at the stop line waiting for green. The system gives the car priority then changes over to the bus once it’s ready to switch the light to the side road which is car priority. Not bus @Suff_highways

Great to see Bury Road P&R being included in the task forces recommendations as well as the Ipswich Policy Development Panels. Now it’s time for action! We know it works because it was the most popular P&R before it closed. We must not delay any further….. @tomhunt1988
