On behalf of the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran and myself, categorically and with the strongest words, i condemn the cowardly and heinous suicide terrorist act on the Quetta railway, which lead to the deaths of more than 20 innocent civilians. Terrorism is a condemnable phenomenon in all its forms all over the world. In particular, the malicious and mischievous acts against the civil transportation infrastructure that serve for the human development and the smooth movements of the passengers and consignments needed for the development of trade, are examples of crimes against humanity and reflect the malicious, infirm and inhumane minds of the perpetrators, founders and supporters of this heinous phenomenon. I express my heartfelt and sincere condolences to the Government and people of Pakistan, especially to the bereaved families who lost loved ones. My sincere prays for the safe and speedy recovery of the injured.

A few minutes ago, the Honorable Pakistani Minister of Interior, my dear brother H.E. Mohsin Naqvi, congratulated me on the achievements of the negotiations with the officials of my country after returning from Tehran. With conservative optimism, we can hope that, if the other side is adequately committed, a positive stride is taking shape which is the result of the positions of the Islamic Republic of Iran based on dignity, the steadfastness of the courageous armed forces and the resistance of the brave Iranian nation, as well as the initiative and dedicated endeavours of the Pakistani mediator. I hope that the sincere efforts of the esteemed Pakistani government and army, especially H.E. Prime Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif and Field Marshal Seyed Asim Munir NI(M), HJ, COAS & CDF, for the initiative of mediation, and Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister H.E. Muhammad Ishaq Dar and Interior Minister H.E. Mohsin Naqvi, for their sincere diplomatic efforts, will lead to lasting peace in the region. On my behalf, i extend my sincere and wholehearted gratitude to all of them for their sincere endeavours.

I sincerely appreciate the humanitarian and benevolent action of the esteemed Government of Pakistan to pursue the release of 20 Iranian sailors who were in a precarious situation due to the seizure of their ship in Singapore waters. In this regard, I would like to thank the tireless efforts of Honorable Prime Minister H.E. Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan, especially H.E. Mr. Ishaq Dar, Honorable Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, and other relevant agencies. These sailors were transferred from Singapore to Islamabad following diplomatic efforts and returned to their beloved homeland a few hours ago.

On behalf of the Government and the people of the Islamic Republic of Iran, i strongly condemn the hideous and awkward terrorist attack on the Fateh Khel police post in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Bannu district leading to the martyrdom of 15 police personnel and the injury of some others. I extend my sincere and deepest condolences and sympathy to the Government, Police and the honorable people of Pakistan, particularly to the bereaved families. Our thoughts and prayers are with the families who have lost their loved ones. we pray for the safe and speedy recovery of the injured. May Allah Almighty grant his blessings to the martyrs and bless them with eternal peace in Jannat-ul-Firdous.

A trigger happy bravado with brinkmanship approach and ballyhoo and hullabaloo in the ivory tower of hallucinatory charlatanism bears nothing than tension and escalation. That is not the way Diplomacy works.

Federal Minister for Railways held a meeting with Iranian Ambassador to Pakistan Dr. Reza Amiri Moghadam, reaffirming Pakistan’s commitment to strengthening brotherly ties with Iran based on mutual respect, shared history, and cultural bonds. Both sides discussed enhancing railway connectivity, particularly the Taftan–Zahedan route, ITI (Islamabad–Tehran–Istanbul) freight train project, and rehabilitation of the Quetta–Taftan railway section. The importance of improving security and infrastructure for uninterrupted rail operations was also emphasized. Regional developments, especially the situation in the Middle East, were discussed, with Pakistan reiterating its support for peace, dialogue, and diplomatic solutions. Today is Persian Gulf Day in Iran, marking our ancestors' expulsion of Portuguese from Strait of Hormuz 400 years ago. POTUS uses the correct term “Persian Gulf", not the Pentagon’s fake version. But calling Hormuz anything else is indeed a "terrible mistake".

As trusted harbingers of international harmony, diplomats are the architects of peace, entrusted with navigating the delicate complexities of international relations through the patient craft of dialogue, empathy, and understanding. I wish to express my sincere and profound appreciation to H.E. At the end of This round of the visit of the Iranian delegation, H.E. Syyed Abbas Araghchi, Honorable Minister of Foreign Affairs to Pakistan at the onset of the regional diplomatic tour, which was carried out with the aim of reviewing bilateral relations and consulting on the issue of regional developments, I would like to express my sincere and wholehearted gratitude and appreciation to the government, army and people of Pakistan, especially H.E. Prime Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif and Field Marshal Asim Munir, for their tireless efforts and good office initiative to end the war and bring lasting peace to the region. Like the previous round, this round was held in complete security, safety and tranquility for the delegation achieved with the competent and perfect management, thoughtful planning and successful implementation by the brotherly, friendly and neighboring country of Pakistan. On the 40th-day memorial anniversary (Chehelom) of the martyrdom of Dr. Ali Larijani, the late Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council, we once again honor the memory of this great martyr of history. Dr. Ali Larijani was a prominent politician who played a key role in the Islamic Republic of Iran and he was an internationally recognized figure and diplomat and well-known in Pakistan. He can be considered not only an executive, political, and security official, but also a rationalist philosopher and a symbol of pragmatic rationality, moderation, and principled interaction. His dynamic personality, along with political pragmatism and deep philosophical thinking, made him one of the most unique political figures who could balance different and sometimes conflicting approaches. The assassination of this great philosopher-politician is not only a cowardly, hideous and reckless crime, but also an attack on the rationalist and pragmatic architecture and deep-rooted politics, which in itself is a dirty and dangerous wave that originates from the Zionist regime. The assassination of this great martyr by the most fiendish and vicious creatures, indicates the hatred and wrath of the international Zionism towards dignified and rational Iranian diplomacy and genuine pragmatism.

Very fruitful visit to Pakistan, whose good offices and brotherly efforts to bring back peace to our region we very much value. Shared Iran's position concerning workable framework to permanently end the war on Iran. Have yet to see if the U.S. is truly serious about diplomacy.
