@Chels_HQ he actually wasn't doing great in Strasbourg, he was 7th if I remember correctly in a league where you realistically have 2 competitors for the title and maybe another 2 good teams and thats about it. the fact that he wasn't even close to them says a lot about his coaching.

Whether you liked Liam Rosenior or not, it's actually evil what these owners did to him. Essentially forced out of Strasbourg, where he was doing well, and thrown into a job he was never up for. All because they needed a company yes-man. Another career ruined. Evil, evil people.

@CarefreeLewisG Everyone knew that Rosenior is trash absolutely everyone but to imply that Maresca was good is simply not true, he also played partially bad and his subs were horrendous at times. But ofc he was better than Rosenior is now doesnt mean I would have wanted him to stay though.
