Right, don't say I do nahin for yiz. This is your one-stop shop for the structure of this year's All-Ireland series, what happens at each point and what the restrictions are around repeat pairings in each round, because they change constantly. Save it, save yourself

@Aodhanho @thomasniblock Provincials and the All Ireland are pretty much different competitions and have been for a long time now. It's just the way it is

@thomasniblock Doesn’t sit easy with me that the same teams can play each other again so soon. Teams from the same province should not be drawn against one another this soon.

@IrishNerd88 @Longlivethehunt @PeterMcCormack @UltrawokeMK Unfortunately we can’t make these are lickers understand! They’re happy to listen to what their paymasters tell them to believe. They’ll even maybe believe they’ll be paid more one day if they shine their paymasters shoes enough

A minimum wage of £15 would end my coffee shop, it would have to close, as would many other businesses. I’ll explain for the economically illiterate. Staff costs are currently half our costs, a £15 minimum wage is actually more than £15 an hour for the company, because you have to add: - 12.07% holiday - Sick pay - Maternity pay if and when required - National insurance - Pension contributions These costs would mean the shop loses money because remember, energy costs are up, rates are up, regulations are up. Now you can pass these costs onto the consumer - that would mean charging a lot more for coffee, people won’t pay it. The likes of Starbucks and Costa can, because they have economies of scale. The independent doesn’t. Now the little socialist will say well this is your fault, if you can’t run a business that can afford to pay its staff properly, but the little socialist has never run a business and does not understand the dynamics. Now I could pay some staff off and fill those hours myself or reduce us to one staff member during certain periods - but this proves the point that a minimum wage costs jobs. There was a time when these jobs were done by kids, perhaps on the weekend, paid a lower wage, no holiday and no silly employment rights. Perhaps they were even paid cash. The dynamic worked and small businesses like this could operate. It was also a great first job. Sadly now it isn’t worth employing entitlement youngsters at this level of pay. So alas, I don’t need the stress, the business would close, a number of jobs would be lost. Economics is about understanding these dynamics, no vibes. The cost of living is not solved through passing on inflation to the business, it is solved by ending high inflation and creating prosperity. This is what socialists don’t understand, they can’t create prosperity, they can only destroy it.

The Greens will raise the minimum wage to £15 for all workers 💪

At 1-16 to 1-15, this was not only an incredible turn of pace but a game defining moment. @statsports revealed that Mooney, who was wearing their GPS vest, hit 9.74 metres per second, which is 35.06kmh. Unbelievable

@thomasniblock listening to Sunday's podcast, are you sure when Oisín was talking about Tyrone U20s he said 'pure poison'? Sounded like 'pure poise' to me. 🤣 PS Down for Ulster

Sinn Féin's engagement with Arab Barghouti reflects their long-standing ideological alignment. Barghouti’s father, Marwan Barghouti, is serving multiple life sentences for his role in the murderous attacks of civilians and membership in a terrorist organisation. This raises questions about what priorities might shape a united Ireland under Sinn Féin’s influence. For those who reject comparisons between the Palestinian conflict and the Irish Troubles, such associations are particularly contentious. Framing violence as “resistance,” rather than emphasising negotiation and political compromise, challenges claims of inclusivity and will most certainly risk deepening divisions rather than resolving them.

@M2AMA_7 @NC_Renic Well there's obviously no learning benefit to that. AI isn't going anywhere and has a place in education but handing in an essay you haven't even read is blatant cheating

@IrishNerd88 @NC_Renic Yes kids do. They don’t read the book or the essay they turn in. And people on here say somehow that’s teaching them to write and you’re a Luddite if you think middle schoolers shouldn’t use ai for essays

Tickets for Sunday's Ulster SFC SF between Armagh and Down have sold quickly since 2pm, according to Ticketmaster. 10 seats available in the East Stand on my last count. Pat McGrane and Gerry Arthur sold out. Standing tickets remain available on The Hill and O'Duffy terrace.
