@LeinsterClub Those jersey prices are daylight robbery.
The irony.
I just stick to the odd Irish rugby jersey.
Better quality, the emblem in particular.
The football merch is a scam
@OGcuzziebro@DaysSince1966@scrumming_ten Ireland were robbed by Wayne Barnes in 2023.
New Zealand did play well though.
Just didn't play well in the 2011 RWC final where Craig Joubert had to step in. Luckily, Bryce Lawrence knocked out the real threat. SOUTH AFRICA
@IrishScrum8@DaysSince1966@scrumming_ten Yes I “ acknowledge “ that allegation but it’s a bit rich when your own was the referee as in the honourable Craig Joubert presuming you are an x pat Bok living in Ireland , ps what was that figure 8 at RWC23 : was that to signify a pending 8 consecutive exit at RWC 1/4 finals ?
@OGcuzziebro@DaysSince1966@scrumming_ten New Zealand fans are the last ones to talk about cheating. The 2011 RWC was the biggest farce of a world cup in the whole of sport
@IrishScrum8@DaysSince1966@scrumming_ten That makes sense on 2 counts
(1) home town cheating referees in South Africa (2) And yes we NZ apparently pay off refs with houses
@OGcuzziebro@DaysSince1966@scrumming_ten Before rugby turned professional, the Boks actually held a winning record over the All Blacks.
The Boks led 21-19. New Zealand only gained a winning H2H record from 1996.
Not a great attempt at a comeback.
@DaysSince1966@scrumming_ten But that’s less days than the Boks overall losing record head to head since 1921 , now sitting over 38325 days or just over 105 years
@sportslaw_uk@FrontRowRugbyXV The irony of World Rugby. Bok away shorts clash with Wallabies home shorts. Both are green.
Hence, it makes no sense for the Springbok to wear white against the Wallabies of all teams
Be honest.
How many times do you watch a rugby match and say things like "Wow, that game was great. There was so much ball in play!" or "I really wish there had been more ball in play in that match. It would have made it so much better."?
