This happened to me. DON'T REFRESH. It took like 5-7 minutes but eventually it worked. Open up the window in other tabs and refresh those, but if you get to a real screen, truly, don't refresh.

@SD_Comic_Con I have the form filled out but it's stuck and won't let me pick a time/date, but everything else is filled in. It's frozen. 😭

@Comic_Con You have to have us sign it first to get into the waiting lobby. Having anyone being able to get into the lobby will drive more people to use multiple browsers and will crash your site.
