Tour De North still ongoing so from Heywood & Middleton, this is our most recent destination😂 Its great to be alongside @paulasherriff once again in Rochdale for @paulwaugh 🌹 I think I’ve done as much as steps as I have miles and I can only say it is A LOT!🫣 Vote Labour if you haven’t already, but that reminds me I’ve gotta go vote myself😂

@ayeshahazarika I was 9 at the last Labour government. Excited is an understatement.

As someone once said… “A day like today is not a day for soundbites… but I feel the hand of history upon our shoulder.” All feels rather overwhelming. I’m so proud of my Labour colleagues for getting this far. But it’s what happens tomorrow which counts. Good luck one & all 🌹

But of course she’d be most gutted not to see what the kids have become. Their love, kindness & spirit of adventure- all of which they have inherited from her. We miss her everyday but cherish what we had & what we built together. Her work & her love continues #MoreInCommon
