@collinsworth55 I'm in my third day of following some of your plan. I'll get to the rest. So far ... - Two hearty meals per day - No snacking - Moderate exercise ... I've lost five pounds I usually hit a wall around this point and have to get serious on the exercise. That's the tough part.

Today is May 3rd. If I wanted to lose 20 pounds before the first day of summer… I’d keep it simple and do these 5 things:

In der NFL ist ALLES möglich! 😍 Uar Bernard wurde im 2026 NFL Draft von den Eagles ausgewählt – ohne jemals ein einziges Football-Spiel gemacht zu haben. Quarterback Diego Pavia war dagegen unter den Finalisten um den Award für den besten College-Spieler 2025, aber wurde von keinem Team im Draft ausgewählt. Mit Uar Bernard haben die Eagles nicht das erste Mal einen Spieler geholt, der noch keine Football-Erfahrung hat. 2018 holten sie Jordan Mailata, der mit einer fast gleichen Hintergrundgeschichte aus dem International Pathway Programm (IPP) der NFL gedraftet wurde. Diego Pavia zeigt wiederum, das selbst Spieler, die eine starke College-Karriere abliefern, nicht immer unbedingt in die NFL passen. Der Schritt von College zu NFL ist groß und die härteste Liga der Welt hat nochmal ganz andere Anforderungen. Pavia wurde nach dem Draft von den Ravens in ihr Rookie Minicamp eingeladen und hat dort die letzten Tage seine ersten NFL-Trainings absolviert.

The event, known as “Cars and Christ,” is a car show that began two years ago with a couple dozen cars. It has now grown into a unique gathering that blends a passion for cars with spiritual connection. “I feel like it’s brought the Church to the forefront in Texas, in one of the most normal and natural ways,” said Charlie Riska, a member of the Carrollton Texas Stake who helps lead the effort. Organizers say they see anywhere from 200 to 300 cars on the first Saturday of each month. The event continues to draw a big crowd, many of whom are not members of the Church.
