7/GR & PAXIP1 bind the genome, inducing enhancer-promoter interactions. PAXIP1KO reduces cohesin binding to GR-sites, impairing transcription. PAXIP1KO may disrupt insulator loops & thereby increase gene expression. A fascinating interplay between PAXIP1, STAG2 & GR!
