@DeclanSheeran @VincentStops @limebike Well I am a parent and I walk my kids, I also have a hidden disability which sometimes makes walking a bit painful but I no have issue with moving things blocking the pedistrian way. Not just for me but to prevent others being hurt and teach my kids. But then that's just me...

@IslingtonTalks @VincentStops @limebike When moved after use they sound an alarm to stop theft, causing anti social noise. Pedestrians do not/should not, have to clear a way through on a pavement to walk. How do you think a disabled or partially sighted person would manage or a parent walking kids with a buggy.
