KENYA has thousands of soldiers providing security to Hassan Mathode in JUBALAND. Our soldiers protect their teachers/students. But we have no soldiers to provide security to our teachers in NFD. In other words Kenya's strategic imperative is greater in JUBALAND than in the NORTH
