This method is only practical for autodidacs, not exam students, the japanese or asians in general adopt this technique at the foundations of studies, why? because they had time then, and had a robust space for thinking outside the box... students who have gone far can't replicate this method cause... they need large syllabus to cover, while this method may be effective, it consumes alot of time. so I agree with you, but partially.

This Nigerian lady who teaches at a school in Japan broke down the Japanese style of learning that makes them very intelligent and productive. I think this is smart learning. It will be helpful to Nigerian students, if it is adopted in our educational system.✍️
