@YodelOnline Really poor service. Pic sent of Amazon package just left at front door .. but it’s someone else’s front door not ours. Amazon was told that my wife had signed for it .. she didn’t, cos she was out + it was wrong house. Blatant lie. Surely we deserve better?

@YodelOnline what a waste of time you are as a delivery service. Every time we order something and you’re the carrier it’s guaranteed if it’s past 5pm it’s not being delivered, despite the driver being literally 2 mins from the delivery address! 😡🤷♂️

There is a reason I usually do not purchase from companies that use Yodel as their delivery service… This is why
@Yodelparcel_UK have my parcel for 10 days and ignore organised delivery dates 2 complaints and no updates. Then return to sender
@parcelforce have parcel for LESS then 24hours and I now have the items.
@TefalUK - Stop using Yodel! (P.s, your customer service was top notch)
